Bring a yoga mat, water, perhaps a blanket, an optional eye cover to block out light, and we suggest no meals / caffeine within 2.5 hours of the session. Please give yourself extra time as there is only street parking by this location. You can also park at the parking lot on Catalina and Whittier St by the Catalina Lounge.
